Definitions

Add-On: a bundle of code, resources and configuration files that can be used with an Atlassian product to add new functionality or to change the behavior of that product's existing features.

Content: any information or data that you upload, submit, post, create, transmit, store or display in an Octopull Service.

Downloadable Products: Octopull downloadable software products and mobile applications, including Add-Ons created by Zooft Company, that are installed by customers on an infrastructure of their choice. Downloadable Products do not include Add-Ons created by third parties, even when they are accessed through Octopull.us

Information: all of the different forms of data, content, and information collected by us as described in this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information: information that may be used to readily identify or contact you as an individual person, such as: name, last name or email address. Personal Information does not include information that has been anonymized such that it does not allow for the ready identification of specific individuals.

SaaS Products: Octopull is in the "Cloud" hosted solutions, as well as other Zooft Company hosted solutions that display a link to this Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Zooft Company Inc. hosted solution displays a link to a different privacy policy, then that other privacy policy shall apply.

Websites: Octopull websites, including but not limited to octopull.us, zooft.company and any related websites, sub-domains and pages.

General conditions

The following privacy policies regulate the treatment of personal information in Octopull, from this point forward “the Application”. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe which type of data and, company data and personal information we collect from users, the purpose for which they are used, what rights users have to protect themselves and before whom and under which circumstances we can reveal them.

The application was developed by Monkey Trader Spa with collaboration of our subsidiare Zooft Company Inc., from this point forward the “Supplier”, and operated by the Client, from this point forward the “Operator”. All the “we”, “us” references, or every first person of the plural form, means the “Supplier” and the “Operator” jointly.

This document is part of the Terms of Use which can be found on this page. All the definitions that can be found there are applicable.

We, the company who makes the Application possible, believe that the privacy of Users’ data and personal information is fundamental. For this reason, we created this Privacy Policy to attempt to protect their online security.

We do not sell or redistribute User’s personal data and it will not be used for purpose beyond the scope of this Application.

As a user, you accept that we can use your personal information for:

  1. Providing the service and technical support that you request.
  2. Resolving disputes, answering emails or other requirements.
  3. Personalizing, measuring and improving our services and content.

Disclosure personal data and information

We only disclose to third parties personal information collected through the Application in the case of a legal requirement or by your express consent.

Security of information and personal data

Your information and personal data will be encrypted and stored in servers in the United States or Europe and protected from non-authorized access. Only authorized employees will have access to Users’ data and personal information and this access will be limited to what they reasonably need to fulfill their responsibilities.

The User has sole responsibility for all his activity on his account, whether realized by the User or a third party using his or her account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should immediately contact us by email at contact@zooft.company. The User agrees to indemnify and hold us undamaged for losses suffered due to the use of his or her  account by another person.

Unforeseen circumstances

In the event that we or any of our assets are acquired by a third party, personal information acquired by us could be one of the assets transferred in this acquisition.

By registering as a User, using the Application or our website, you accept the conditions described in this privacy policy.

On occasion, it could be necessary for us to change some of the terms of this policy. In the event of a change we will inform you through this same website by publishing an updated version of this document. If you continue to use the Application, this will imply acceptance of those changes.
